Following a recent management meeting, it has been agreed (in line with the global trend of multi-role employment) that On Air Presenters will be required to contribute over and above the 3 or 4 hours they broadcast daily to justify their salaries.
A new policy will roll out over the next two weeks. The plan will be revealed in due course and may require certain actions that you might not be comfortable with. We ask for a courageous attitude and open mind in making this a success.
