The Electoral Commission says more than 115,000 voters have registered for special votes in the Western Cape.
The process was opened on the 20th of September, and was closed on the 4th of October.
Out of the people registered for special votes, 39% will be visited at home by IEC officials on the 30th and 31st of October.
And others will cast their votes at the poll stations.
The IEC says there’re more than 3.1 million the voters roll in the Western Cape.
