Den Anker restaurant, based in the Waterfront has re-organised their businesses during this covid-19 crisis. They have decided to utilize their fully functional and operational kitchen to feed over 1500 people per session in their bid to combat the effects of the Covid-19 virus.
We wanted to know what prompted the business to reorganize what they primarily do and give back to communities in need during this time. Also how are they sourcing ingredients for meals to be made, are they receiving donations. We also asked what beneficiaries they delivered to and whether after lockdown they’ll continue to feed communities.
