Richfield is proud to welcome Shireen Chengadu to the team. Now in the role of Group Chief Academic Officer, we know that Shireen’s extensive skill set and impressive track record will prove invaluable to Richfield and AAA staff and students.
Shireen served in various executive and faculty roles at the Gordon Institute of Business Science from 2002 to present, and from 2017 to mid-2019 she held a senior management role at the University of Pretoria. In addition, she has extensive corporate management and advisory experience having run her own leadership advisory practice since mid 2016.
Her commitment to creating more inclusive institutions, lifelong learning and developing emerging leaders is what makes her a perfect fit for Richfield. Shireen draws on her diverse board and industry experience in and out of South Africa, and her extensive network to mentor and coach individuals to reach their full potential in a dynamic new world of work and life. She is perfectly aligned to Richfield’s goal of helping students unlock their full potential.
