Western Cape Premier Alan Winde calls for calm as the province’s Covid-19 cases surpass the 10,000 mark.
The province is now sitting on 10,035 confirmed cases, and 166 deaths.
There are 3,731 recoveries, and this indicates that the province has 6,138 active cases.
A total of 424 people have been hospitalised, with 111 in ICU.
Winde has appealed to residents to continue to adhere to the regulations.
