  1. Stay in touch

Get into the habit of preserving relationships that are meaningful to you. the tiff might be, move on and communicate. We often hold grudges that we even forgot the reasoning of why we are still holding onto it. Stay in touch with people who are important to you. Make that phone call and keep on making them.

  1. Cook more

Meal prep you lunches by making a larger quantity of food. Stick it in the freezer and take it out when it is your designated day to munch. Try out some new recipes. Let the creative mind work. This saves so much money as takeaways can be pricy.

  1. Share my talent

Has there ever been something that you know that you have a natural knack for but you haven’t explored it? Yes, you, that talent. Share the talent whether it be dancing, singing or anything really. Express yourself without the fear of rejection. You have got this!

  1. Stand up for myself

Whether it be a toxic relationship, a bully or your boss. If someone physically or emotionally is making you feel uncomfortable, stand up for yourself. Create new ways to overcome your strategies. Do not allow anyone to walk over you.

  1. Say yes to adventure

Do more things that make you feel exhilarated. Have fun but make sure you don’t break your budget whilst doing so. Say yes to spontaneity!
