Spring is supposed to be romantic — enjoying long dinners on the patio at your corner cafe, introducing your new beau to friends at an outdoor concert, holding hands on an evening stroll … except coronavirus. So, none of that is happening. And yet, people are still seeking love and connection. But finding love right now feels kind of like the Wild West. The old rules don’t really apply — if you have a good Zoom date, what’s next?

Lots of people want to find love, but the pandemic makes doing so more complicated. Well not so much for Nadia…

At the beginning of the lockdown, we spoke about people who had reportedly found love during the lockdown, well, at least attempted to, by going on virtual dates.

We then received a call from Nadia, who met the love of her life online on the 27 March and has been chatting to him ever since. They’ve fallen madly inlove with each and have regular virtual dates online, they still have not seen each other in person because of lockdown regulations. They are chatting about marriage already and told Aden this morning that they have finally found each others soul mates.

Hopefully these two virtual love birds will be able to see each other soon, and one day they’ll be together, happily inlove.

This is how the love story unfolds…
