Today is International Men’s Day – We discuss a very important topic with counselling psychologist, Ceri Kerrin. The day aims to raise awareness about mental health issues as well as other societal issues, encouraging men to open up and communicate away from the traditional ideas of what masculinity means.

We thought it’s a good time to put a spotlight on this topic, considering the war on women and children in our society. According to the World Health Organisation, suicide is the biggest killer of men under the age of forty-five. It is obvious that the paradigm of being a man needs to shift to bring about the change needed right now.
