Catherine Constantinides is no stranger to Heart FM. Earlier this year she was one of several activists to spearhead the #savewater campaign. The former Miss Earth SA, who also serves as executive director of Miss Earth South Africa, led a water saving schools awareness programme with her team to 100 schools in the Western Cape. Besides for her recognition as an international climate thought leader, she is also a fierce human rights activist who has recently been honoured for her work in the Saharawi refugee camps, south-west of Algeria.
Take a listen to her conversation with Heart Breakfast show host, Aden Thomas.
If you’re in Cape Town, join me on @Heart1049FM at 6.40AM with @adenthomas as i share my work with the last colony of Africa, the forgotten people of #WesternSahara ahead of this coming #AfricaDay on Friday. #AfricaMonth @ArtsCultureSA @NathiMthethwaSA @DIRCO_ZA @Polisario_
