Aden Thomas received this comment on his Instagram post:
“Hope all are well, you guys will get through this. We are in Panama with serious lockdown, can’t fly home. Curfew is now 5pm to 5am (series curfew, they arrest you if you are out.) Grocery stores, banks and pharmacies open. All shopping centres have been closed for about two weeks now.”
Then a day later, I received another comment from Peter:
“Breaking news, full lockdown, we’re allowed out 1 hour per day plus 30 minutes a side to get to the shop and back. Times are changing.”
