In a statement on the SANparks website, released on Sunday evening, they announced the reopening of Table Mountain National Park, with restrictions on certain areas.
Hikers in Cape Town can once again enjoy the fresh air and our beautiful mountain paths!
“SANParks would like to announce that only its open-access national parks namely Golden Gate Highlands-, parts of Garden Route- and Table Mountain National Park with the exception of Boulders Beach and Cape Point will allow access to visitors from Monday, 1 June 2020,” – which was stated in the statement
Be safe out there and remember to take extra precautions. Wear your mask at all times and keep a mini hand sanitiser on you at all times.
