The Kolisi Foundation encompasses Siya and Rachel Kolisi’s heart in one project. The Kolisi duo has a vision to change the narrative of inequality for people in vulnerable and disadvantaged communities in South Africa by providing assistance and opportunities through partnerships. By remembering the one, “One by One” we will impact the nation.
The Kolisi Foundation’s mission is shaped around the following focus areas and approaches: Food Security, Leadership & Mentorship, Skills Development & Job Shadowing, Education & Youth Development, Sport Development and Gender Based Violence.
As a foundation we have no desire to reinvent the wheel. We desire to work with partners who share our values and have the same end goal in mind. We are firm believers in collaborative work as we are stronger together.
The foundation was started pre Covid-19, planning went into launching it last year and in March as the pandemic hit SA, the foundation changed tac and focused its efforts of food relive across 7 provinces.
