The number of Covid19 related deaths in the Western Cape has surpassed the 700-mark.
A total of 774 people have died in the province due to the coronavirus.
Currently 29,136 confirmed cases have been registered but 17,366 people have recovered.
This means that the province has 11,389 active cases.
Authorities says more than 1,100 people have been hospitalised, and of that number 219 are in ICU.
