• Chicken breasts or a few pieces of chicken on the bone
  • Mushrooms
  • Baby Marrows
  • Red and Yellow Peppers
  • Cream
  • Milk
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic
  • Garlic and herb spice
  • Onion
  • Chicken stock
  • Butter
  • Flour
  • Oil


  • Chop up your onion, mushrooms, baby marrows, peppers and add to a medium heat pan with oil
  • Chop up a clove of garlic and add to your pan and fry altogether
  • Add some water to your stir fry and add two tablespoons of flour and stir it through
  • Add one tablespoon of butter to your mix in the pan
  • Add your cubes of chicken breast or chicken on the bone to your pan and fry so that outer layers of the chicken turns brown
  • Add garlic and herb spice
  • Add salt and pepper
  • Add chicken stock to your pan and simmer
  • Add one cup of milk and a half a cup of cream and stir till thickened
  • Cook till all the chicken pieces have cooked through, add more salt and pepper to taste

Serve with steamed rice or boiled pasta and VOILA!
