At the beginning of the lockdown we spoke to a Chad Petersen, who’d adapted his restaurant supplier vegetable business to a home delivery service. Things are going well for Chad still, he literally goes from door to door. People over seas who have families living in Cape Town have contacted Chad and paid him to deliver to their families, he says he is very blessed.
The products are packaged to perfection, pre-diced and pre-peeled, all you need to do is throw it into the pot. He says he works day and night and had to employ a few people to help him as the work comes in.
