Capetonians are warned of power outages for the next seven days due to necessary maintenance work.
The City of Cape Town says the electricity supply interruptions will start from 08h00 until 16h00 from Monday the 15th through until Sunday the 21st of November.
The affected areas include some parts of Constantia, Century City, Rocklands, Diep River, Somerset West, Claremont, Rondebosch, Newlands, Kraaifontein, Llandudno and Kensington.
Residents are urged to switch off appliances at the wall socket ahead of that maintenance work to reduce the risk of damage caused by power surges.
