On Monday Aden spoke to a Chad Petersen, who adapted his restaurant supplier vegetable business to a home delivery service. There are couple of these interesting cases whereby certain business are able to and do adapt to the COVID-19 economic ecosystem.

Then unfortunately there many industries and sectors that completely defunct – eventing, restaurants and then an obvious one, anything related to travel and tourism.

One such person, is a guy by the name of Peter Veerapen, who was a freelance tour guide, who now believe it or not is “smousing” pickled fish. His cousin, who is also currently unemployed, is a chef, so they decided start a business called Cape Cousins Cuisine.

Peter joins us on the line…
