Aden loves catching up with people abroad! This morning we chat to Nadia Toyer from Western Australia. Her and her family have been living in Australia since 2005 and they love the culture. A born and bred Capetonian that followed work to Australia, and her husband and kids moved over with her.
She really misses her family and explains to Aden that it’s not easy, there are days that still get to her. Heart FM reminds her of home and thats why she always streams the station, makes her feel at home.
She loves the freedom of Australia, being a woman especially. Australia is very safe, public transport is also very safe to travel with at night.
