“Good morning Heart Breakfast Team, I hope you are well. I’m a Capetonian Paramedic based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. I listen to your show religiously, weekends are a nightmare and Monday morning cannot come quick enough to get to tune in again. I’m a rotational worker (one month on, one month off) with my wife and kids based in Cape Town still.
