Karen Nebe is an Ontological coach, creative guide and a leadership embodiment coach and has just become part of a global initiative to support people during lockdown period for free for the next few weeks. Coaches from all over the world are offering their services online on a website called CoachAID20.
Karen’s strength lies in connecting with people – she gently nudges and facilitates a space for them to observe differently, explore possibilities, learn and grow, and re-connect with the best version of themselves. She has a proven and successful career in strategic big picture thinking, designing, directing and producing. She has recruited, managed and coached diverse teams within challenging environments. She now partners with clients to re-connect with their innate wisdom and cultivate a more resilient and resourceful way of being so that they may navigate constant change with more ease. In addition to individual coaching Karen designs bespoke workshops and retreats for private clients and leadership teams and has a special interest in loss and trauma. Karen brings a presence to her coaching that is both compassionate and encouraging. This in conjunction with her sensitivity to all in a group creates an environment for all to explore and discover. Through conversations, guided art processes and mindful body practices she invites self-compassion, curiosity and creativity. Creativity is defined as the tendency to generate or recognise ideas, alternatives, or possibilities that may be useful in solving problems, communicating with others, and re-connecting to ourselves and others.
