A destructive VN has been making the rounds on social medial that three teenage girls were abducted earlier in the week in the greater Cape Town area, but that the police had found them and had arrested the culprits. The voice note alleges that one of the girls was a Pinelands High School student.
The VN has been dubbed a hoax and Aden spoke to Colonel Andre Traut about the destructive nature of these VN’s and how they complicate police work.
