The City of Cape Town will re-open 10 of its Driving License Testing Centres next Tuesday, the 9th of June .

The centres were closed during the national lockdown, and were given a green light to resume services under Level 3 of the lockdown.

The facilities slated for re-opening are Gallows Hill, Milnerton, Fish Hoek, Brackenfell, Parow, Bellville, Hillstar, Joe Gqabi, Gordon’s Bay and Kuilsriver.

Mayoral Committee Member for Safety and Security, JP Smith, says safety measures have been put in place to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.

Smith has appealed to the public to please cooperate with the ‘new normal’.
