The sheriff of the court has instructed the occupants from Wingfield and Paint City to appear in the Western Cape High Court next month for the eviction process to begin.
The City and departments of Public Works and Home Affairs will ask for an order to evict them from the property.
The court granted the eviction notice just last week.
