Late online applications for Grades R, 1 and 8… close on Friday the 16th of May.
The on-time admission window closed almost a month ago, but the online admissions system, remained open for late applications.
The Western Cape Education Department’s Bronagh Hammond, says they’ve already received more than 8, 600 late applications.
That brings the total number of applications for the 2026 school year to just under 174,000 so far…
