Today marks the annual Black Friday shopping event, followed by Cyber Monday.
It’s a period where retailers employ every tactic at their disposal, to get you to SPEND…. even during tough economic times.
But Consumer Financial Education Specialist at the Momentum Group, Salem Nyati, says there’s no point preaching to consumers to avoid spending at all costs.
She says many are going to do that, regardless.
