Shack dwellers in Philippi’s Loyiso informal settlement, are calling on PRASA to provide them with electricity or relocate them to a better place.
A group of residents barricaded the R300 on Thursday, after the rail agency apparently removed their illegal electricity connections.
They accuse PRASA of abandoning them in a messy place.
