Police have made another breakthrough in connection with the mass killings in Endlovini informal settlement, in Khayelitsha.
In March, five people were gunned down in the area — and Madoda Zwayi was arrested and charged with five counts of murder.
Now, a 29-year-old man — also linked to the killings — was nabbed in Cala village, in the Eastern Cape, on Sunday.
Police spokesperson, FC Van Wyk, says they’re looking for a third suspect.
“He [the second suspect] is expected to appear in the Khayelitsha Magistrates court [on Tuesday]. A third suspect is believed to have been involved in this matter and the Provincial Organised Crime investigators are still searching for him.”
