A Philippi community has been rocked by the discovery of another child’s body.
The body of a boy was found in a bag in Old Crossroads on Friday.
The child is believed to have been between the ages of four and seven.
The cause of his death has not yet been determined.
He’s the second child to be found dead in that community within a month.
Earlier in August, the body of 15-year-old Aviwe Mkhosi was discovered in the same area.
The Nyanga Community Policing Forum’s Dumisani Qwebe says they’ll be keeping tabs on the police’s investigation.
