Cape school rallies behind Pineland’s North Primary

West End Primary School in Mitchell’s Plain has sent a message of support to Pinelands North Primary.

On Thursday, the Pinelands school was named as one of the top three for the World’s Best School Prize, in the category “Overcoming Adversity”.

The two schools had both been named in the top ten for that category.

Now, a public voting process has opened with a $50,000 cash prize up for grabs.

West End’s headmaster, Clive Arries, says Pinelands North has their full support.
