President Cyril Ramaphosa’s decision to retain former Justice Minister Thembi Simelane, in his cabinet, could undermine the credibility of his administration.

That’s according to the Council for the Advancement of the South African Constitution.

Ramaphosa has been criticised for redeploying Simelane to the Human Settlements Ministry.
