Today marks the last chance for the public to have their say on the proposed hate Speech and Hate Crimes Bill.
The bill is meant to prevent and combat hate crimes, allowing the justice system issue prison sentences to extreme offenders.
The grounds for criminal prosecutions will cover racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerances.
Stakeholders have until the end of today to comment on the bill.
Parliament will soon be hosting public hearings on the matter.
