That’s the word of Professor Anthony Turton to the DA and City of Cape Town.
Turton independently verified the findings of the Project Blue report.
The report found widespread sewage contamination at our beaches – including those with Blue Flag status.
In a statement, the DA lashes out at the scientists who conducted the research.
It claims they’d used inadequate labs and lacked scientific accuracy.
