A structural investigation report that looked into the George building collapse, shows negligence among other issues.
Public Works and Infrastructure Minister, Dean Macpherson confirmed that he received the findings from the Council for the Built Environment.
He will release the findings to the families next week and share the report with the police.
In May last year, a multi-storey building collapsed in the George CBD, killing 34 people and wounding several others.
The Minister says the report details a pattern of preventable errors, regulatory failures, and professional negligence.
A report by National Home Builders Registration Council found that its officials manipulated their systems, in approving the project.
Macpherson says criminal charges must be laid against those responsible for the disaster.
