But, Sport, Arts and Culture Minister Gayton Mckenzie, wants to use his new role AND its salary to help find missing kids.

Mckenzie has pledged to donate his full parliamentary salary toward the establishment of the Joshlin Smith Foundation for missing children – for the duration of his 5 year term in office.

The Patriotic Alliance leader is set to earn more than 2 million rand annually – from his ministerial position.

6 year old Smith was reported missing back in February, and there has been no trace of her since.

This, despite her mother and 3 others having been charged in connection with her disappearance.

Speaking to Heart FM News on the sidelines of the Opening of Parliament last week, Mckenzie says they are in the process of putting the foundation together….
