The alleged rape of an Eastern Cape girl is still under investigation.

Yesterday, Deputy President Paul Mashatile, addressed Parliament on the matter.

When asked about the involvement of the SAPS, Mashatile said a team has been tasked with investigating further.

Heart FM News recently revealed shocking developments.

Documents in our possession show that the girl possibly wasn’t raped.

The report states that she’d told a forensic social worker that she was constipated and repeated that nobody had “violated her”.

This case sent social media in a tizz, with many accusing the child’s school head of wrongdoing.

But, Police Minister, Senzo Mchunu, has since apologized to the Bergview College principal for erroneously labelling him a suspect.

Parliaments also heard how the child’s mother has refused psycho-social intervention.

So, for now, the case is still up in the air with no clear answers.
