A group of 4th year journalism students are accusing the Cape Peninsula University of Technology of failing them.

They’ve reached out to HeartFM News, highlighting their frustrations about the Advanced Broadcast Journalism module.

They claim they’ve only had ONE class for this module so far, this year.

They’re now concerned that due to a lack of class time, they won’t be adequately prepared for the world of work.

Shamiela Fisher has this exclusive.

Meanwhile, in response to these claims, CPUT’s Lauren Kansley says they’ve taken note of the accusations, calling for students not to panic.
