There’s been yet another postponement in the Joshlin Smith kidnapping case.

The six-year-old has been missing for seven months.

Her mother, Kelly Smith and three others are implicated in her disappearance.

They’ve made another brief appearance in the Vredenburg Magistrates Court on Monday.

The case has been postponed to the 21st of October for further investigation.

The case was scheduled to be transferred to the Western Cape High Court on Monday, but that’s been put on hold following the State’s request for a postponement.

Here’s the NPA’s Eric Ntabazalila.
