A hearing to discuss sentencing proceedings in the Joshlin Smith kidnapping trial, will kick off in the Western Cape High Court, on Friday.
Last week, the child’s mother, Kelly Smith, her boyfriend Jacquen Appollis and their friend Steveno van Rhyn, were convicted of trafficking and kidnapping the little girl.
