The International Relations and Cooperation Department is warning young women to be vigilant about foreign job offers.
The call comes amid a storm over at least one local influencer punting fake job opportunities in Russia.
Some content creators, are apparently promoting bogus job offers and training programmes, targeting young women.
But, DIRCO’s intervened, saying this could constitute human trafficking.
The department’s Clayson Monyela says they have already assisted one victim.
