Disaster Risk teams are responding to numerous reports of flooding.
A number of areas have been affected by the inclement weather.
Affected areas include Vyqieskraal, Parkwood, Lotus Park, Imizamo Yethu, Hangberg and Overcome Heights.
Our team is out in Bonteheuwel where several roads are flooded.
Leigh-Anne Jansen reports.
Bonteheuwel resident, Sabat Samuels’ house has been flooded.
She says this happens every year.
And traffic officials are calling on motorists to be cautious on the roads.
