Chief Justice, Raymond Zondo, will relinquish his post at the end of this month.

He’s been at the helm of the Constitutional Court for just under three years.

But his decorated career spans much longer.

As his term in the highest court in the land draws to a close, Zondo has granted our News Editor an exclusive interview.

In the 40 minute discussion, they tackle a range of issues, including the much publicised Zondo Commission into State Capture.

Zondo is satisfied that the commission had achieved its objective.

Zondo says, under his leadership, the judiciary stabilised, gender parity flourished and the independence of the judiciary had been upheld.
