Elsies River activists are allaying concerns, following reports that the Community Policing Forum has been dissolved.
It’s alleged that the current leadership was disbanded because of allegations of among others, dereliction of duty.
The suburb, has seen a spike in gang-related violence in recent months.
Nadiema Salie, is among those who left the forum.
She assures residents that community safety structures will remain on the ground, under the watchful eye of SAPS leadership….
