Three men have appeared in court after a woman’s decomposed body was found at a house in Westlake Village.

Annie Van Rooyen’s body was found under a bed earlier this week — five months after she had gone missing.

According to reports, the 33-year-old visited a nearby shop in April and never returned home.

The police’s Wesley Twigg says the matter is under investigation.

“Kirstenhof police are investigating a murder case. Three suspects aged 27, 31 and 32 were arrested in connection with the murder and made a court appearance in the Wynberg Magistrates court on Wednesday.”
