The City of Cape Town is blaming disgruntled taxi drivers for yesterday’s closure at the Bellville Taxi Rank.
The rank shut for several hours following claims that bombs were planted at the terminus, sparking panic and disruption in the area.
Police were immediately dispatched, only to find it to be a hoax.
