The Western Cape High Court will hear closing arguments in this case.
Cameron Julius and Chadwin Williams are on trial, for the 2019 murder of 10 year old Ayesha Kelly in Mitchells Plain.
The child had been walking to a shop in Tafelsig, when she was caught in the crossfire of a gang shooting.
Julius is believed to have been the triggerman, while Williams was allegedly with him at the time of the shooting.
The State claims a firearm that had been found in Williams’s possession after the shooting, is the murder weapon.
