The Cape Town Pride Parade is taking place today.
The annual event celebrates cultural diversity, LGBTQ+ awareness and inclusivity.
Thousands of people, draped in rainbow flags and dazzling outfits, marched through the streets, in a vibrant show of unity.
Participants danced,sang and waved banners advocating for equality.
The parade will be followed by the Pride Mardi Gras at the Greenpoint A-track.
This is the final event of the 2025 Pride Festival calendar.
