It appears that Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana’s budget has appeased the majority of political parties in Parliament.
Godongwana tabled his third budget at the Cape Town International Convention Centre , on Wednesday.
The Minister faced a huge dilemma having to present a budget without a VAT hike.
