The Basic Education Minister, is sticking to her guns about the release of the Bela Act draft regulations.
Two have already been published for public comments.
Those focus on capacity and admissions at government schools.
The public has until the 5th of September, to share their views.
But, teacher union, Sadtu, says this is a delaying tactic from the Minister to implement the Act, in its current form.
