There are renewed allegations of racial discrimination and unfair treatment of South African teachers at the German International School in Cape Town.
Three teachers, including German-born Claudia Stadler, have since left the school.
These educators claim that the management is undermining South African teachers both professionally and personally.
Arthur Pose has spoken to Stadler, who’d been an employee at the school for 24 years.

Former teachers at an independent school in Cape Town are calling on the country’s education department to thoroughly investigate  alleged racism at the institution.
At least three teachers have resigned from the German School in Tamboerskloof.
They say, a recent incident in July for which a security guard had been dismissed had forced them to leave.
This comes after a parent allegedly entered the school premises with a firearm as part of a presentation for Grade 4 pupils.
According to the teachers, following complaints lodged, the security guard had been fired despite his attempts to stop the parent.
These teachers say those who speak up – are victimised.
Speaking to HEARTFM News on condition of anonymity this educator says they want authorities to intervene at school….
The school says it will comment later this week.
Heart Fm News will bring you the response once received.
