The 95 Libyan nationals arrested at an apparent secret military camp in Mpumalanga, are free to be deported.
Their case has been withdrawn on Thursday, due to the lack of evidence.
The group had been nabbed last in July 2024, during a multi-disciplinary sting operation.
They’d initially been charged with contravention of the Immigration Act.
